How To Use ActiveNet

The City utilizes the ActiveNet website to handle most online registrations. For your convenience, your can search, enroll and pay registration fees all on ActiveNet from the comfort of your computer.

What to Use ActiveNet For
  • Browse activities and classes
  • Enroll and pay registration fees
  • View daily program schedules for yourself and family
  • View account for credits, prior transactions, and transactions that need attentions
How to Register 
If this is your first time registering online, you will need to create an ActiveNet account. Follow the steps outlined on ActiveNet for signing up. You will have the option of adding your partner, children, and other family members. Please note that online registrations only accept card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

Click on the appropriate "Step" below to view appropriate actions related to searching, enrolling and reviewing your registration.

Step 1. Search for your activity/class.

  1. Sign in to your account. From the ActiveNet homepage, click on "My Account."
  2. Click "My Account" will take you to the "Account Options <Your Name>" where you'll be shown the different actions you can take on your account.
  3. Under the "Other Services" list, click on the "Register for Activities" link.
  4. You will be directed to the "Activity Search" page which lists out all the available activities, classes, and schedules. To the left, you have the option of narrowing your search by:
    • WHERE the activity/class is being held;
    • WHEN the activity/class is held (e.g. in progress, future, etc.);
    • WHAT category of activity/class; and
    • WHO the instructor is.
  5. To select, click the "Add to Cart" button next to your activity/class of choice. Some activities offer different times and will show a "More" button. Click on "More" to view other options and then select "Add to Cart" for your preferred class/time.
To search for and enroll in classes, proceed to ActiveNet and follow the instructions outlined above.
