
It’s Volleyball time!! Get ready for fun and register now for our exciting co-ed volleyball league which will provide girls and boys in grades 5th-8th an opportunity to learn a variety of skills and compete in games and playoffs in a fun environment. This class led by recreation staff is designed to introduce players of all levels to the sport of volleyball. Players will experience working as a team, practicing discipline, building the proper fundamentals of the sport, and competing in games and playoffs. Some players will also be selected to be part of an all-star team that will compete in the Southern California Municipal Athletic Federation (SCMAF) Volleyball tournament in mid-November. The first week of the program will be general training and evaluation before coaches draft players into specific teams. Fee includes jersey top, practice, games, and trophies/medal.
League runs August 28 – November 4
- Practice held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:00pm-6:30pm
- Games held Saturdays from 9:00am-1:00pm ( Starting 9/10 )
- Each team game is scheduled for 1 hour during timeframe

- Age Groups: Grades 5th-8th (born 2010-2013)

- Games at Oak Intermediate School Gym (6623 Oak Ave) on Saturdays
Important Dates
Parents and player orientation will be held virtually on Thursday, August 24th at 6:00pm. Virtual meeting information will be emailed directly to all participants the day prior to the orientation.
