CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE

If your home or vehicle was damaged from the recent wind storms, it is recommended to:

-  Contact your home insurance agency immediately
-  Document any and all damage resulting from the storm, including pictures
-  Secure your property and make repairs
-  Save receipts related to the repair of your damaged property

If you wish to file a claim against the City for damages resulting from a city tree, you must submit a claim form with the City Clerk's office including:

-  Documentation of damage
-  Cost of damage

here [PDF].  Completed forms, along with damage and cost documentation, will be accepted by the City Clerk's office starting 9 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6.
